Event Report:

7.30am in Corryong, Cloudy but not raining. 6 of us set off up to Harringtons Track. 5 girls with 1 male chaperone.! We really had a wonderful day walking alongside the Murray River(Indi) all the way to Surveyors Creek. DSC01928 Beautiful views of the river, hills, and a clear track. We inspected fishing holes and took photos  Strangely, despite an occasional few spits of rain, we had NO rain the whole day. Elsewhere around Corryong it rained lightly all day. We must have been walking in a sheltered valley.

At Surveyors Creek lunch spot, where the air was a lot colder, we inspected Jack Rileys Memorial.and the creek. We all rugged up to eat lunch. By the time we were half way back along the track again in the afternoon, we were really hot. Thanks for a great day fellow walkers.  Hope we can  walk this track again soon.
