Murray Valley Bushwalkers Inc

 Canoeing Saturday 2pm - 5pm Oct 29 Bowna Reserve

Due to extremely high levels on the Murray we have had to cancel the first three canoeing after work events on thursday evenings

However there is an opportunity for everyone from beginner to leader to refresh your skills and have some fun in a flat water environment this Saturday

We will use single sit on kayaks and the cost is $20 for canoe hire. The event will be followed by a bbq - byo food and drinks. Click on the image or link below to go to our website and book in for this event.

Peter Presutt led a walk up Huon Hill on Tuesday Oct 25 and will be leading another walk on Friday

A car camp weekend at Marysville was held Oct 21-23 - although the weather was very ordinary a great time was had by all 6 members - click here for an event report

The revised canoe policy is now available here. Comments are welcome from club members - the revised policy will be discussed further and ratified at a later committee meeting.

Financial Membership Total as at  October 25 2016 is 110

If you are currently unfinancial and would like to renew your membership (or join from scratch) and need help get in touch with Tony  on 0417687842 or email membership.mvb@gmail.com - note if you are unfinancial you can renew at any time of the year and will always get 12 months membership from the date of payment.
