March to Feathertop the 'Easy' Way, Grade 3. Overnight

Change of date! May 11th - May 12th 2024!

I'd like to offer this old walk again with a  few  modifications (make it 2 days, drive up to the car park on Saturday May 11, camp at saddle, walk to the summit along the N Razorback on Sunday and home again Sunday 12th.   Day walk to the summit of Mt Feathertop and return - the easiest way! - 11km return, 540m climb, guaranteed no crowds.  We drive to the top of the North Razorback from Freeburgh (4wds or SUVs ok - I've done it on a mountainbike) and camp (plenty of flat land, NO water), then walk along the North Razorback Ridge to the summit. Fantastic views of course on top. Early meet-up in Myrtleford. Limit 12 people. More details to come....
