This is a wildlife monitoring event where community members have the opportunity to see Thurgoona birds, mammals, reptiles and frogs in their own natural habitat, by taking part in field surveys being led by experts from Charles Sturt University and Australian National University. The Friday is a 'schools day' and the Friday evening and Saturday will involve the broader community.
The event base is the CSU campus off Elizabeth Mitchell Drive. For more information contact Sam Niedra on (02) 60519924 or 0448806256 - Speckled Warbler photo by Neville Bartlett
