Meet at Bunnings Wodonga to carpool to Beechworth  by 8.15am or meet at Lake Sambell playground 9am. Please let me know when you register.

The plan is to drive to Beechworth then a stroll around Lake Sambell approx 3km after such an exhausting walk we will be in need of Coffee and cake. After that we will drive to Yackandandah walk the Gorge approx 7km (if smoke and weather permit) then we will be in need of lunch. A stroll around the shops before we head home.

I hope to be able to show some support for these local towns that have been a bit quiet since the fires started in the surounding areas. So please consider just BYO water and purchasing any muchies that you need in the towns. You may like to bring an esky because who knows what delicious treats we might find.

No bushwalking experience required. The track has a hardened or compacted surface that may have a gentle hill section or sections and occasional steps.

Suitable for most ages and fitness levels. Some bushwalking experience recommended. Track may have short steep hill sections, a rough surface and many steps.
