MVB Inc 2021 Annual General Meeting 6:30 PM ... 

Please keep THURSDAY 4th November 2021 free to attend your AGM online via Zoom

The Annual General Meeting will be held via an online Zoom meeting at 6.30pm on Thursday 4th November 2021.

As the Zoom link is available for 40 minutes only, there will be two links for Zoom. The first link for the meeting will commence at 6.30pm and during this zoom time we will conduct the business of the Annual General Meeting including election of the committee.

The first zoom time slot will end at 7.10pm.  There will be a 5 minute break and then the second zoom time slot will commence at 7.15pm.

There is no guest speaker for this meeting and the meeting will need to be completed in the two zoom time slots.

The date is set 4th November 2021 at 6.30pm
