The Rock Nature Reserve Loop Grade 3 Walk
Join us for an exciting loop walk at The Rock Nature Reserve. From the car park we walk up along the track to base of the Towers, then there is a rock scramble to the top. From here we walk on top of the cliff towards the Summit Spur Trail which will take us to the lookout. After taking in the views and morning tea we will head back down The Summit Spur Trail and the Lower Yerong Nature Trail to the car park.
We will be departing from the Lavington Square Car Park (South West Corner) Griffith Rd Lavington. Please be there at 6:45 am for a 7:00 am departure - I know its a painful hour of the day to be any other physical conformation than prostrate, but if its hot this is our best chance to still do the walk without heat stress. if you want to make other transport arrangements let Tony know. If its a total fire ban day then this event will be postponed. In any event please bring at least 2 litres of water and some snack food.
