Freycinet National Park Grade 3 Day Walks

Update Jan 12 2017 Campsite bookings have been made and paid for - 12 people are staying 3 nights and 3 people staying 2 nights at Honeymoon Bay campsites 49-51. These are perched upon a granite knoll overlooking Honeymoon Bay (shown below). The view will take some getting used to!

Site 51 has a steep, driveways better suited to a 4WD vehicles and requires a longer walk to the toilets. Each site is approximately 6 x 7 metres. There are electric barbecues, picnic tables, non-treated water, toilets and cold showers nearby. This is going to cost you the princely sum of $5 per person per night. 

Freycinet National Park is on the east coast of Tasmania 2.5 hours drive from Hobart and 2 hours from Launceston. This popular park offers a range of walks from very short to long day walks and a couple of 2 to 3 day circuit walks.
