Yarra Ranges Car Camp Weekend

The cabin and site is booked for Fri and Sat evenings.  check in from 1pm

Friday afternooon, after checking in and settling a short drive to Anderson Falls and even shorter walk

There is another 3k option to walk to the falls from Marysville

Rest of Friday visit the Village of Marysville  ( was decimated by wild fires in 2009 ). 

Saturday a 9k one way walk on the Morley Creek Walking Track - through very tall eucalytpus trees ( car shuffle required)

This walk will be from Dom Dom Saddle Picnic Area to Fernshaw Picnic Area. 

Sunday - drive home via the Cathedral Range State Park and visit / walk some section of the ranges

We can discuss the various options for the Cathedral Ranges on Sat or Fri Evening over a smooth glass of Merlot

Peter will have Park Notes for the Yarra Ranges and Cathedral Ranges for us to pore over.
